Place your Renditions Polish Pottery online with confidence using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

If you prefer, you may also contact us with your credit card information by calling 816 640 2300 during business hours. Payment by check is also accepted.

Renditions will email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Tracking numbers and shipper information will be relayed to you via email.


Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service within three to five business days after your order is placed. Sorry, but we cannot ship with UPS to PO Boxes. During peak ordering times, the processing time may increase. We will notify you of any delays. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 816 640 2300 for charges.

If you order is small enough to ship via USPS for less than the UPS charge, then we will use USPS to ship your order.

Additional charges will apply should your package be returned to us as Non-Deliverable and we have to resend the items.

If your actual s/h is less than estimated on our website when you place your order, we will adjust your total accordingly and refund you the difference. You are always welcome to call us and order over the phone if you prefer.

Sales Tax: We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of MO.

Renditions has an extensive inventory; we receive several large shipments a year. That being said, occasionally some items sell out quickly. Since we also have a brick-and-mortar shop, occassionally an item may have sold in the shop and the website inventory not yet updated. If an item is sold out, we will notify you by email or phone as to the expected arrival time. You can always call us regarding the availability of items and quantities prior to ordering. All orders are filled in the order in which they are received.

Please contact Renditions immediately to make changes to or to cancel your order. Orders must be cancelled prior to shipping. If order is not cancelled prior to shipment, all return charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Renditions Polish Pottery takes great care in packaging your order for shipping. Rarely do damages occur. However, should your package arrive damaged due to shipper mishandling, notify Renditions immediately. Please t
ake pictures of the damaged pottery and the shipping boxes and retain all original packaging and shipping materials.  These will be needed for inspection in filing a claim with the shipper. We will be happy to file a claim with the shipper on your behalf.
Notify Renditions within 10 days of receiving damaged items at info@renditionsweston.com. If damaged items need to be returned to Renditions, we will send you a Return Authorization and the shipping information.

At Renditions, our goal is to provide our customers with a relaxed and pleasant shopping experience with individual personalized service, whether you are shopping at our online store or in our shop in Weston. In the rare event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, notify Renditions immediately,within 10 days of receiving goods. Email Renditions at info@renditionsweston.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Or call 816 640 2300 to obtain the proper 'Returns' address. Inform us of your intent to return the items. Include your order number and customer information in the return request. Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Renditions will send you a Return Authorization and the shipping information for your return. Return packages must be sent pre-paid directly to the provided shipping address. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in returning your items. Returns must arrive in new and sellable condition, with all Renditions Polish Pottery stickers intact, along with the original sales receipt and packed with all of the original materials and packing. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders over $150. There is no refund for the initial or return shipping charges. If you exchange items, additional shipping charges will apply.

Renditions is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return process. Once a return has been received, inspected, and determined to be in good condition, we will be happy to give you a merchandise refund or exchange, a Renditions Polish Pottery credit or a Renditions Polish Pottery gift certificate.

Full refunds (including shipping and handling) are issued only if the error is a result of Renditions Polish Pottery order fulfillment.

All handmade Polish Pottery is unique. It may vary in color, pattern, shape, size or other physical characteristics. Glaze variations are part of the unique traits of hand craftsmanship. No two pieces will be exactly the same.

At Renditions, we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
