Lava Cake
 serves 4
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  
 6 oz. semi-sweet or dark chocolate bar
 6 oz. butter, diced, room temperature
 3 eggs
 1/2 C. granulated sugar
 1/3 C. flour
  
 Melt chocolate on low heat in a heavy pan. Add butter; stir until melted. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar well. Stir in chocolate, then add flour. Pour batter into butteBlue Polish Pottery Footed Tumblers about 2/3 full.
 Bake 10-18 minutes. Serve warm as is or top with ice cream or whipped cream and fresh berries.
